Mr Saurabh Dutt’s rich experience of 36+ years spans diverse functions across IndianOil, including HR, Operations, Alternative Energy and Petrochemicals. As ED (CC & Branding), he steered corporate branding & integrated communication strategies, digital outreach and stakeholder engagement. In Petrochemicals, he managed end-to-end supply chain across national network, ensuring uninterrupted petrochemicals supply especially during the critical times of COVID. He was a key member of the team that led the commissioning of IndianOil’s first LAB Terminal at Dumad and introducing Virtual Supply Location (VSL) model. His contribution in setting up the first Green Polymer Terminal at Panipat and complete solarisation of Panipat Petrochemicals Marketing Complex is also noteworthy. He played a prominent role in IndianOil’s foray into Biofuels, a key business area in the company’s journey of transition from a conventional oil company to an integrated energy company. Mr Dutt also worked in LPG operations across Uttar Pradesh and played a paramount role in the rollout of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana from Ballia, UP. Known for his jovial nature, team-first approach and his much-loved “Covi-Kavi” poetry, he leaves behind a legacy of warmth, creativity and people-centric leadership.
