Fuel Quality and Performance The primary reason I keep coming back is the fuel quality. I usually opt for XP95, and I’ve noticed a tangible difference in my engine’s smoothness and mileage compared to some other local stations. The "Pure for Sure" promise seems to be strictly upheld here. I also appreciate that they prominently display the daily density and quality checks, which adds a layer of transparency and trust for the customer. Service and Staff The staff here is notably efficient. Even during the evening rush hour, the queues move quickly because the attendants are well-trained and proactive. I was particularly impressed by their honesty; they always ensure the meter is set to zero and encourage you to check it before they start fueling. It’s a small gesture, but it goes a long way in building customer confidence. Amenities and Payments Beyond just fuel, the station is well-maintained. The free air pressure station is actually functional (which is a rarity!), and the nitrogen filling station is a great addition for highway travelers. The PUC center on-site is also very convenient for quick renewals. On the digital front, they accept all major UPI apps, credit cards, and the IOCL XTRAREWARDS program, which allows me to earn points on every purchase. Mr Saurabh Dutt’s rich experience of 36+ years spans diverse functions across IndianOil, including HR, Operations, Alternative Energy and Petrochemicals. As ED (CC & Branding), he steered corporate branding & integrated communication strategies, digital outreach and stakeholder engagement. In Petrochemicals, he managed end-to-end supply chain across national network, ensuring uninterrupted petrochemicals supply especially during the critical times of COVID. He was a key member of the team that led the commissioning of IndianOil’s first LAB Terminal at Dumad and introducing Virtual Supply Location (VSL) model. His contribution in setting up the first Green Polymer Terminal at Panipat and complete solarisation of Panipat Petrochemicals Marketing Complex is also noteworthy. He played a prominent role in IndianOil’s foray into Biofuels, a key business area in the company’s journey of transition from a conventional oil company to an integrated energy company. Mr Dutt also worked in LPG operations across Uttar Pradesh and played a paramount role in the rollout of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana from Ballia, UP.
