    This is one of those rare gas agency, who have always delivered cylinder maximum within 1-2days of placing order. Most importantly delivery bhaiya have never ever asked for extra tip for delivery of cylinder at door step ☺ ❤

    I have seen lots of users have given 2 or 3 Star rating.. understandable given the services they experience.. However I have also visited this Gas agency on Saturday for gas distributier transfer.. The mam incharge and her colleague both were very helpful.. mam was agitated most of the time but I can't blame her.. given the number of people Walk in for gas refill and other issues.. its understandable why she is disturbed and at times rude.. constant walkin.. people calling over mobile.. Indane oil distributor mobile app not working. Server down.. feeling bit sad for those people..my suggestion , what they can do to improve is to bring in coupon system.. it doesn't have to be technology driven. Simple pen and paper would do to start with and allot 10 or 15 mins for each issue to discuss and resolve. This way it will bring systamatic approch.. On the other hand.. people coming with gas related issues should not barge in and consider themselves very important and gas agency people should leave all their work and attend them.. basic civic sense would resolve most of the chaos.. my issue of transfer of agency was resolved smoothly although my connection was inactive.. the staff their helped to get KYC done and handed the transfer documents without any issue.. overall good experience.. people needs to be patience.. given the current gas situation.. everyone looks in a hurry and panic. Keep the expectations low. Its a gas agency and not a passport office to have everything organized..
