Promoting sustainable transportation, Mr S M Vaidya, handed over an advanced green hydrogen fuel cell bus to Chief of the Naval Staff at New Delhi. An MoU between IndianOil and the Indian Navy was also signed, marking a significant step to strengthen green hydrogen mobility in the country. Fuelling the future of eco-friendly mobility, IndianOil hands over a state-of-the-art green hydrogen fuel cell bus to the Indian Army. An MoU was also signed in the presence of General Manoj Pande, Chief of Army Staff, and Mr. S M Vaidya, Chairman, IndianOil to advance hydrogen and fuel cell technology for heavy-duty e-mobility. We are committed to reducing carbon emissions and setting new standards in green transportation, paving the way for a cleaner future. IndianOil is currently operating 15 green hydrogen fuel cell buses in the Delhi-NCR region accumulating a total mileage of 300,000 kilometers i.e. 20000 kms on each bus. IndianOil has also setup country’s first certified hydrogen dispensing facility at our R&D Centre in Faridabad to refuel these buses using #GreenHydrogen produced by electrolyzer powered by solar PV panels.
