I recently visited this IndianOil petrol pump near Silk Board, Bengaluru, and had a really good experience. What impressed me the most was the behaviour and attitude of the staff. They were polite, respectful, and friendly throughout my visit, which made the overall experience very pleasant. Usually, visiting a petrol pump is a simple and routine activity. We stop, fill the fuel, make the payment, and continue our journey. But the way customers are treated can make a big difference. At this IndianOil petrol pump, I felt that the staff were professional and treated customers with respect. The staff were approachable and communicated properly. They were helpful when I needed assistance and handled the interaction in a calm and polite manner. I really appreciated their good behaviour because good customer service is not only about providing the service quickly, but also about making customers feel comfortable and respected. The location near Silk Board is also very convenient. Silk Board is one of the busiest areas of Bengaluru, with a lot of traffic throughout the day, so having a reliable fuel station in this area is very useful for people travelling through this route. My overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff handled the service properly, and I did not face any major issues during my visit. Everything was straightforward, and I was able to complete my visit without any unnecessary waiting or confusion. I especially wanted to mention the staff's behaviour because small things such as speaking politely, responding properly, and being helpful can make a routine visit much more pleasant. I felt that the staff here maintained a good attitude towards customers, and that left a positive impression on me. The overall atmosphere of the petrol pump was also good. The staff appeared attentive and focused on serving customers. Considering the number of vehicles and customers that a petrol pump in a busy Bengaluru location can handle every day, maintaining good customer service is definitely something worth appreciating. I normally don't write long reviews for petrol pumps because the experience is usually very short. However, I felt this place deserved a positive review because of the good behaviour and respectful service I experienced. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this IndianOil petrol pump near Silk Board. The convenient location, smooth service, and especially the polite and friendly behaviour of the staff were the main highlights for me. I would definitely be comfortable visiting this petrol pump again whenever I am travelling through the Silk Board area. I hope the management continues to maintain the same level of customer service and appreciates the staff for their professional and respectful behaviour. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 A reliable petrol pump with polite staff, good customer service, and a smooth overall experience. Really appreciated the friendly behaviour and would definitely visit again.
